How it works

Encode: Converts SAML XML text to UTF-8 bytes and then Base64.
HTTP-Redirect binding: SAML messages are typically DEFLATE-compressed before Base64 and URL encoding. Select the compression option for that workflow.
Decode: Base64-decodes the input to UTF-8 text. For compressed input, enable decompression.

Security note: SAML responses may contain sensitive identity data. Processing is local, but avoid shared devices and untrusted pages. Encoding is not encryption; this tool does not validate XML signatures.
